Yes. AI-X-SUITE uses your own OpenAI key so you pay for AI compute at cost, with no markup. Your key is encrypted and used only for your workspace. This keeps your subscription low and puts you in full control of AI spending.

Everything in the platform — daily AI drafts, scheduling, publishing, the reply workflow, the full analytics command center, and your X connection and analytics. The only cost outside the subscription is your own OpenAI usage, billed directly to you by OpenAI (typically about $10–15 a month for active daily use).

It depends on how much you generate, but real-world usage is usually just a few dollars a month. You watch estimated spend, tokens, and web-search costs update in real time in the dashboard, and you can set limits directly with OpenAI.

Never. AI-X-SUITE is approval-first by design. It drafts options and notifies you, but nothing is published until you explicitly approve it. You can also run a full test mode that never posts to X.

Up to two posts per day, using two independent scheduling slots on any days of the week you choose. Each day you get four fresh AI drafts to pick from, so you always have great options — you decide which (if any) go live.

You sign in with your Google account, then connect your X (Twitter) account so AI-X-SUITE can publish posts and sync analytics on your behalf. Both connections are secure and can be disconnected any time.

Daily posts use one approval window for the entire batch (both slots), not a separate deadline for each slot. That window closes about one hour before slot 1 publishes — and no later than five minutes before slot 1 — so approving “between slot 1 and slot 2” is not possible once the window has closed. If you approve in time, you can assign slot 1, slot 2, or both on the review page; choosing only slot 2 skips slot 1 for that day while slot 2 still publishes at its scheduled time. If the window closes without approval, the batch is marked missed and nothing publishes until you use Recover & publish now or wait for the next scheduled batch.

Often yes. Open the Settings tab and use Recover & publish now in the Approval status panel (under your posting schedule). It can reopen today's batch so you can Review & approve again, or restore choices you already submitted, then publish any slots whose scheduled time has already passed. It does not force a future slot to go live early — for example, slot 2 still waits for slot 2's time if that time has not arrived yet. If options were never emailed for that batch, recovery may not be available; the next scheduled approval email is the path forward.

When someone replies directly to a post AI-X-SUITE published for you, a background job detects new replies on X, AI drafts two on-brand reply options in your voice, and you receive a reply approval email showing both choices with editable text. You pick one option to publish — the same approval-first guardrail as daily posts.

New replies are checked on a regular schedule (about every 30 minutes). After a comment is detected, drafts are generated and the approval email is sent shortly after — typically within that window, plus a few minutes for AI generation.

No. Replies are never posted automatically. Nothing goes to X until you explicitly approve one of the two reply options (from the email or your review flow). Once you approve, that reply is posted to X right away — unlike daily posts, which wait for their scheduled slot times.
